Inigo Blake
Inigo Blake was born in London, 1986. He grew up in the countryside and taught himself photography from books in the local library.
He cut his teeth documenting protests in the UK and the West Bank of Palestine. His photojournalism from this time, published under another name, was exhibited in London and Brighton and archived for posterity by the British Library.
His current work is informed by documentary photography but eschews any pretence of impartiality, preferring instead to embrace the personal, emotional, and time-specific nature of the form.
He now resides in Glasgow, Scotland.
